Villa Rosa Gables, Phase II is a 6.2-acre, 415,287sf multi-family development. The site consists of seven story high buildings with approximately 245 units. The site also contains two restaurants, parking garages at each level for a total of 514 parking spaces. The project also included Tax Increment Financing (TIF) for pedestrian amenities around the entire project. The TIF program is part of the City of Dallas infrastructure improvements program to improve quality of life within the city.
