The Glen at Preston Hollow is a 42.1-acre mixed-use redevelopment of a multi-family site located at the northwest corner of US 75 and Walnut Hill Lane intersection in Dallas. The project includes 24.8 acres of dense, mixed-use development and 17.3 acres of single-family development. The mixed-use portion will be broken into two phases with Phase One including 140,000sf of retail space, 123,000sf of office space, 420 multi-family units and two associated parking garages. Phase Two of the mixed-use will include 39,000sf of retail/office space, 679 multi-family units and associated surface and structure parking. The single-family portion of the development will be a gated community including 101 homes.
