The StoneCreek Crossing project is a 120-acre retail development located at the northwest corner of IH-35 and McCarty Lane in San Marcos, Texas. The project consists of approximately 850,000sf of retail and restaurant space with major anchor tenants, including Target, JC Penney, Beall's and Academy. Pad lot tenants include Chuy's, Sonic, Panda Express, and Firestone. The project also included the reversal of the Texas Department of Transportation IH-35 on-and-off ramps, construction of three new public roads totaling approximately 6,000lf, 17,000lf of public waterline, 14,000ft of public sewer line and various public amenities, including a hike/bike trail, boardwalk and picnic areas.
