Plaza at College Station is a mixed-use project planned near Texas A&M University. Phase 1 includes 375 student residential units in one- through 4-bedroom configurations as well as 60,000sf of retail and restaurant space and a 10,000-square foot clubhouse. A pool and parking for 1,400 vehicles is also planned. The first residences will be ready for occupancy in fall 2013. Phase 2 will add 228 residences, another pool and 800 parking spaces.
