The project is a concerted effort to alleviate the devastating effects of homelessness by providing housing and basic services to those who are most in need of assistance. Branded as "Park Place Village," this 150-unit project consists of 3 different types of residential dwelling units and is situated in multiple different "neighborhoods." The intent is to create multiple and overlapping communities within the community. The end goal is to provide residents with a community that both literally and figuratively exudes stability, maturity and safety.
