North Lakeway Village is a roughly 130-acre master planned community in Lakeway, Texas. Upon completion of the project, this Italian-themed community will feature single family, two- ,and three-person condominiums. With a vista overlooking the lake and an extensive trail system, this community was envisioned as a flagship product for its developer, Ryland Homes. The project included an outdoor pool, pool equipment room, fitness center, restrooms facilities, primary and second entry monumentation, mail kiosks and signage and landscape concepts.
