Legacy, a new urban-themed center, encompasses a total of 100 acres of mixed-use development consisting of 400,000sf of specialty retailers, restaurants and big-box stores. Life Time Fitness developed a 150,000sf fitness facility at the site while other tenants being considered for the site include office, multi-family, entertainment venues and a hotel. Unlike similar developments, Legacy was developed around the new urbanism concept creating a synergy within the development by having people living, working and playing all in the same place. The development contains two main streets which will intersect, creating a predominant public gathering place.
