The proposed Lakeline Station will allow for the creation of a mixed-use project that embraces sound urban design planning, density, and interesting architectural components. The Lakeline Station PUD is a transit oriented development (TOD) located adjacent to Capital Metro's Northwest Park and Ride Station. The mixed use development calls for over 2,500 units with varying densities focused around the Northwest Park and Ride in North Austin. The location of the project requires high sensitivity because of environmental constraints. Environmental measures such as rainwater harvesting, water conservation and Green Building will be incorporated into the project.
