The Kleinwood Center Development is a 23-acre retail redevelopment anchored by a 78,348sf H-E-B and fuel station, a Walgreens and 42,000sf of additional strip retail. The redevelopment included acquisition of 18-acres of undeveloped property surrounding the 30-year-old retail center. The project consisted of negotiating with seven different land owners, preparing seven title surveys and extensive assistance in the sales documentation process.
