The Houston Premium Outlets project is a 175-acre retail development located on US Highway 290 in the Master Planned Community of Fairfield in west Harris County. The overall development included 480,000sf of retail space in Phase I as well as infrastructure and roadway upgrades to support the retail development. Phase II included adding 125,000sf of retail space to the existing center.
