Bury has provided services for Fort Sam Houston Military Post redevelopment projects. These projects include: Fort Sam Houston North Beach Pavilion/South Beach Pavilion/Old BAMC Projects: These three separate projects included the redevelopment of three historic hospital complexes into modern 50,000sf office space with required parking and access facilities. Fort Sam Houston Building 1001 Revitalization: Bury is part of the team for the revitalization of Building 1001 located on the Fort Sam Houston Military. The existing facility that once served as a medical training facility is approximately 30,500sf and was being used for office and storage space. Fort Sam Houston IMCOM 2264-2266 Revitalization and Swing Space: Bury is part of the team for the revitalization of two existing remote modular buildings that are approximately 7,600sf each. The revitalization will provide a relocation (or swing space) for the office employees of the two existing buildings during construction.
