Estancia Hill Country is a ±1,000-acre site located west of Interstate Highway 35 that is proposed to consist of ±4,000 single family lots with over 200 acres of commercial, office and retail. The zoning on the development is proposed as a Planned Unit Development (PUD), which is proposing commercial, office, retail and single family uses within the project. The zoning will encompass the entire tract, as well as the conceptual design, cost estimating, and preliminary platting. The project boasts wet pond design, environmental setbacks for mitigation, and protection, floodplain analysis, collector level bridge design, lift station and elevated storage tank and pump station design.
