Envisioned as a youth sports complex to meet the growing recreational and sports tournament needs of the region and state of Texas, the Deer Park Sports Complex will prominently feature four 300' depth softball fields, six 225' depth Little League baseball fields, a full-size adult soccer field and a youth size soccer field. Playgrounds, restroom concession buildings, shaded picnic stations, hike and bike trails, parking, maintenance facility and community park elements will also be included in the design of the facility. The facility is being developed to attract tournament play from around the state and is being developed as an economic catalyst with the addition of two hotels and two commercial tracts being developed across from the new park.
