Broadstone Oaklawn is a multifamily development located at the northeast corner of Fairmount Street and Shelby Street in Dallas. Phase 1 of the project includes 227 apartment units. Phase 2 of the project includes 137 apartment units. The development required the upsizing of approximately 940lf of public sanitary sewer line and 330lf of public waterline on Fairmount and Reagan Streets.
