This 10,000sf medical office building is situated on a 1.23-acre tract on FM Loop 1604, just west of Red Robin Street, in San Antonio, Texas. The facility is located over the Edwards Aquifer Recharge Zone and required the submittal of a Water Pollution Abatement Plan and design of an onsite water quality pond. The project had limited highway frontage and extensive coordination with TxDOT on driveway permits was required.
