This six-story apartment tower has an urban streetscape, second-story pool above the associated parking and a roof-top garden deck. The project scope included code compliance consulting on the pool design as well as all elements of the streetscape including compliance with the City of Austin Great Streets Program and obtaining a license agreement with the City of Austin.
