300 North Lamar is a 154 unit luxury apartment complex located in downtown Austin. The project consists of a series of two distinct courtyard areas surrounding the apartment homes and all connected into one large building development. The complex has two courtyards, one of which has a pool and spa, and the other, features a large, contemporary fountain feature. This fountain feature was designed to provide a unique look to all residents, regardless of where they were located in relationship to the fountain.
