Whisper Valley is a proposed 1,579-acre master planned community located in Northeast Austin off of US Highway 290. This multi-phased, complex development included 14 intersections which were studied for the Traffic Impact Analysis. Bury performed a traffic impact analysis, data reduction, trip generation, and distribution assumptions. Bury also coordinated with the Texas Department of Transportation and Central Texas Regional Mobility Authority to incorporate future improvements on the major thoroughfares.
