The Village at Kyle is an approximately 205-acre retail development in Kyle, Texas. Infrastructure development for Kyle Parkway, which divides the Village at Kyle into north and south parcels, was developed as a joint venture between the Seton Family of Hospitals, SCC Development and the City of Kyle. The entire development area is envisioned as a community center with retail developments, Seton Medical Center Hays Hospital and several medical office buildings. When completed, the Village at Kyle will boast over 900,000sf of retail space.
