The Round Rock Premium Outlets project is a 140-acre retail development located on IH-35, north of University Boulevard in Round Rock. The overall development will consist of an estimated 750,000sf of retail, restaurant and hotel sites. The first phase consisted of 80 acres of retail development for the Outlets, including 475,000sf of retail as well as infrastructure and roadway improvements to support the overall retail development. The second phase of the outlets included adding 130,000sf of retail space to the existing center.
