Content may be downloaded for your personal, non-commercial purposes only. Modification or further reproduction of the content is not permitted. Similarly, the use of the Bury logo is not allowed without the prior authorization of the owners of this site, except to identify the projects or services of the company.
 
Bury will use reasonable efforts to include up-to-date and accurate information in its social media presence, but makes no representations, warranties or assurances as to the accuracy, currency or completeness of the information provided. Bury shall not be liable for any damages from your reliance on any information provided.
 
Bury may provide links or references to other sites through social media but will have no responsibility for the content of such other sites and shall not be held liable for any damages arising from that content. Any links to other sites are provided as a mere convenience.
 
The sender of any communications to Bury-hosted social media shall be responsible for the content and information contained therein, including its truthfulness and accuracy.

Comments
All comments will be reviewed before posting. Bury’s participation in social media is an extension of the Bury brand; therefore, comments that directly harm the firm’s reputation will not be posted. Comments may be forwarded to other people within Bury for follow-up as appropriate. Comments including inappropriate language will not be considered for posting under any circumstances. Each comment will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
 
We generally will not post comments about projects the firm is currently working on or about clients it does business with. Such questions should be directed to appropriate personnel within the company. The firm will be happy to connect you to that individual if you contact us.
 
Please keep in mind that Bury works within highly regulated industries. Therefore, comments that pertain to ongoing legal matters or regulatory issues are unlikely to be posted.
