Chris Vadala's career spans more than 14 years in the architectural, engineering and construction industry.

He possesses valuable experience in the development of multiple project types; including higher education, healthcare, mixed use, hospitality, retail and office markets. Mr. Vadala's professional path met with his personal passion as he advanced to be a recognized leader in client development. He utilizes his extensive network of architects and general contractors to direct the business development efforts for Bury+Partners, focusing on Public and Institutional Clients.

After serving honorably in the U.S. Navy, Chris graduated from Texas Tech University with a degree in Civil Engineering. He enjoys playing golf, hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family in the beautiful hill country.

Having worked on the acquisitions and development side of the real estate business for almost 8 years, Nick Moulinet brings a different perspective to the his position as Senior Vice President and Director of Business Development.

He is recognized by his clients as someone who actively works to create opportunities and connect clients with the parts and pieces necessary to create a successful project. While primarily focused on private development, the relationships that Nick has fostered cross over multiple market sectors within both the public and private world. While he has an office in Austin, Nick's responsibilities cover the map when it comes to Bury+Partner's role as a trusted advisor.
