Paul Bury has more than 30 years of experience in land development and master planning, and possesses extensive knowledge of land development codes and ordinances in cities across the State of Texas and throughout the U.S. He has been the Principal-in-Charge of multiple development projects for public and private entities.

Jim Knight is a recognized leader in both the public and private sectors for his ability to manage diverse teams of design consultants on complex, large-scale projects. He has extensive experience with project development, due diligence planning, project management, hydraulics, hydrology, utility design and regulatory compliance.
Mr. Knight also has a broad range of experience working in restrictive areas and with environmentally sensitive projects that involve water quality issues as well as endangered species and aquifer recharge. Mr. Knight has worked widely with environmental groups, concerned citizens, municipal staff, environmental boards, state commissions and city councils.
Mark Kuss has been responsible for the leadership and oversight of all financial, accounting and information technology functions for more than 17 years. In addition to his financial management duties, he has experience leading firms in the development of information technology infrastructure, internet presence and related client internet projects.
His areas of specialization are in financial management and analysis, information systems design and implementation, and business strategy and financial planning. Mr. Kuss is also involved with the Texas Society of Public Accountants, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Environmental Financial Consulting Group.
Rob Harris has 23 years of experience in the construction industry, working directly with the construction management operation including business development, contract management, construction engineering and inspection, constructability review, project controls and scheduling operations, project staffing requirements, and all construction management, engineering, and inspection services.
Mr. Harris has a broad range of expertise that includes managing the construction of highway, interchange, light rail, toll road, commercial, residential, and maintenance facilities. He is also an active member of American Society of Civil Engineers, American Council of Engineering Companies of Arizona, and American Public Works Association Arizona chapter.
